Our long standing client British Sky Broadcasting is a Telecommunications FTSE 35 Blue Chip Company.  They provide entertainment and services to over 11 million homes in the UK.   Here at Take Effect we have been providing solutions for them for over five years.  Their strap line is appropriately titled “believe in better” and we have been embracing this core belief, aiding British Sky Broadcasting with highly effective training solutions.

We have provided many training solutions over the space of five years, this included designing learner centred interactive training sessions to enhance management, communication and sales skills, resulting in maximising productivity. We assisted them with managing organisational change, product and service launches and training programmes. Subjects have included advanced sales skills, customer service, management skills and train the trainer solutions. This has been for both the UK and Sky Ireland.

We have achieved successes with British Sky Broadcasting, this is evident by the length of time they have been calling on us.

An example of this was a Sales Skills Training Programme which was responsible for a 24% increase in sales productivity for the pilot. After designing and delivering a pilot sales skills training programme, when measured against a comparison group the overall sales productivity increased week on week. Week one increase was 17% and week two was 24%.
