Founder, Managing Director and Consultant

As Managing Director, Amanda lives and breathes the Take Effect ethos of unleashing people potential to truly make a difference. Amanda has worked in the training sector for over a decade as a dynamic, highly driven, learner-centred Learning and Development Consultant.
She has worked for a wide range of clients, many of whom are in the top FTSE 35, blue chip companies. She has a passion for using workplace psychology to improve performance. Always thriving on a challenge, in the distant past she has worked in live television in a highly pressured environment.

Robert has worked globally as a CIPD qualified Training Consultant in the Middle East, Europe and Africa.

Robert is a supporter of self-directed discovery in Learning and Development, enabling individuals of all skill levels to thrive.
Robert has worked with a wide range of clients and has been a dedicated consultant with over a decade of proven results, using leadership strengths to solve specific and measurable needs for multiple organisations through training, development and engagement of employees.
